Our take
This is a bare-bones hall rental, not a party package — you supply the decorations, food, and entertainment. A good budget option if you just need a big, private indoor space. Note: if the event is mainly for kids, one adult is required per 15 minors, and teenage parties (like Sweet 16s) aren't permitted.

- Main Hall is $65/hr (resident) or $75/hr (non-resident); Recreation Room 1 is $45/hr (resident) or $50/hr (non-resident).
- The Main Hall seats 125; total building capacity across all rented rooms is 150.
- A $50 security deposit is required, and evening rentals must be out of the building by 10:30 PM.

Food & cake
The kitchen (available to rent separately) has a fridge, oven, 6-burner stove, microwave, and sinks, but no dishware or utensils — bring your own. No alcohol is allowed. Birthday cake candles are permitted, but glitter and decorations with glitter are not.
Setup & cleanup
GWC staff sets up and takes down tables and chairs. The renter is responsible for sweeping, cleaning chairs/tables and spills, and bagging trash for the outside dumpster.
Booking timing
Book at least 14 days ahead in person or online (no phone reservations); a $50 security deposit is required, with the remaining balance due at least 30 days before the rental. Cancelling forfeits the deposit.

65 total parking spaces including 3 handicap spaces. Rentals get access to their rented room, the hallways to reach it, and the restrooms.
