Corrections Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
We would rather fix a mistake than defend it. If anything on Tiny Weekends or in our email is wrong, out of date, or unfair, tell us and we will look at it promptly.
How to reach us
Email hello@tinyweekends.co with the page address or the email date, what is wrong, and, if you have it, where the correct information can be confirmed. We reply to every correction request.
How fast
We aim to review within two business days. Anything involving a named business or a safety matter is reviewed the same day we see it.
What we do
- Facts we got wrong are corrected on the page. Where the error was material, the page notes that a correction was made and when.
- Facts that changed since we published, such as new hours or a cancelled event, are updated and re-dated. We fix these just as quickly.
- Government records that we repeat verbatim are corrected by re-reading the state's current record. If the state's record has changed, our page changes with it on the next daily refresh, and sooner on request. If you believe the state's record itself is wrong, we will tell you which agency to contact and link to your response on request.
- Emails already sent cannot be recalled. A material error in an email is corrected in the next issue and on the web copy of the email.
Right of reply
A business or organizer named on Tiny Weekends may send a short factual response to any page about it. We will publish the response, dated, alongside the page, provided it addresses the facts on the page.
What we will not do
We do not remove accurate, sourced information because someone would prefer it not be public. We do not edit quoted public records.
