✦ Our Pick
Guided House Tour: The Servants
Sun 1:00 PM · $10.00 · Rockwood Park & Museum · indoor 🚗 8 min from Wilmington
Admission is $10; $8 New Castle County residents. Ninety minutes on foot with a guide — a real ask for a wiggly kid — through the below-stairs work rooms at Rockwood Park & Museum, the ones the standard tour route skips. Registration required; bring proof of any membership at check-in.
Why this made the cut
The rest of the weekend is drop-in and repeatable. This one runs once, opens rooms that are closed on an ordinary visit, and puts a person in front of your kid to answer the questions.

NoMa Library Soft Opening Saturday

Free and walk-in, 10 to 5 — the last soft-opening Saturday before the August 29 grand opening. Which spaces are open changes week to week and the library hasn't published this Saturday's list, so treat it as a second look at the building rather than a scheduled program; youth storytimes stay at the North Wilmington branch.
