First State Gymnastics runs 10-week class sessions at its Newark studio, from a parent-and-me preschool class through leveled gymnastics, tumbling, and Ninja Warrior classes for older kids and teens. Several intermediate and advanced levels require a staff evaluation or recommendation before a child can enroll.
Current schedule
The current fall session runs September 7 - November 15, 2026. All classes are 10-week sessions; the gym publishes its own recreational-class closing dates (2026: June 29-July 5 and August 31-September 7) separate from session breaks.

Cost
$330-$475 per 10-week session, not monthly: Parent & Tot $330; Mini Bees, Tumble Bees, Gymnastics 1-2, Teen Class, and both Tumbling classes $360; Intermediate Tumble Bees and Gymnastics 3-4 $400; Gymnastics 5 (advanced, 8-15yo) $475; Ninja Warrior $375; Advanced Ninja Warrior $395. On top of session tuition, an annual membership fee applies ($40/person or $65/family) and is not included in the class fee.
Registration
Register online via the Newark classes page's "Find a Class" button (JackRabbit). The session fee is due in full at enrollment and pro-rates for students starting after week one; a $25 cancellation fee applies after the first 48 hours.
Caregiver & siblings
10% discount for additional family members, plus 10% off a second weekly class for the same child. The annual membership fee is not discounted.
