Wilmington Youth Rowing — Row For It

Good for: Ages 10-14 morning-only (9-12) two-week immersion. Land warm-up plus on-water training each day. Same boathouse and coaches as Rowing 101, half the day commitment, half the price. Pick this if you want serious skill-building but need afternoons free.
