About Tiny Weekends

Tiny Weekends is a family event guide for New Castle County, Delaware. We list what's happening across the county, flag what's worth your time, and add the details that event listings usually skip — age range, cost, stroller access, parking, whether to arrive early.

We're Ben and Shirley, parents of two young girls in Wilmington. We built it so you don't have to track down the library calendar, the parks page, and a dozen museum newsletters every Saturday morning.

We pull from 52 sources and review everything. We don't catch every event — but we hope everything that does make the list is worth your while.
